Davis Granite together with its subsidiary Premier Stonecrushers are the largest producers of granite aggregates in Zimbabwe.
Davis Granite was started in Zimbabwe in 1948 and now has operational quarries in Bulawayo , Harare , Marondera, with our subsidiaries, Premier Stonecrushers in Gweru and in Hwange. In addition we have a mobile crushing plant which can be installed for large orders away from our main quarries.
We supply stone to all parts of Zimbabwe for construction work and are the major supplier of road stone to Government departments as well as supplying ballast to the National Railways of Zimbabwe. In addition our stone is exported to Mozambique , Botswana and Zambia . Our comprehensive product range covers all sizes of road stone, builders aggregate and sand.
We pride ourselves in producing consistently high quality granite aggregate to internationally accepted standards at economical prices. We also have good stocks of stone and adequate reserve production capacity to be able to supply large orders of aggregates and to keep to delivery deadlines.
We have rail sidings at both the Bulawayo and Marondera quarries and we have access to large numbers of road trucks which ensures prompt delivery to all areas.
